SUMMARY:ICOS Science Conference 2026
DESCRIPTION:ICOS Science Conference\, organised every second year by the ICOS community\, is a global event open to scientists and other experts working in greenhouse gases and biogeochemical cycles. The conference itself will take place from Tuesday 15th until Thursday 17th September. On Monday 14th\, there will be a voluntary icebreaker event\, and on Friday 18th\, there will be a possibility to participate in excursions to ICOS stations. \nThe conference programme will include a wide variety of scientific as well as interdisciplinary sessions related to policy making\, climate education and new instrument developments. As in the past years\, the session themes and the scientific programme will be created by a programme committee consisting of top climate scientists. \nLearn more and register here
