    Siv is a chemical oceanographer whose research focus is on analysis of the ocean carbon cycle, especially on changes in recent decades along with the reasons for, and mechanisms behind, these changes. Siv wants to increase the understanding we have of the carbon cycle in the ocean, both its natural variabilities and anthropogenic changes, including how such changes will continue into the future.
